BOSU WORKOUT


Come see why the BOSU Balance Trainer is one of the most adaptable and efficient training tools for any fitness level in this 45-minute total body workout class! In this class, we will use well-known strengthening and cardio exercises to work deeper using the BOSU Balance Trainer to maximize results! You’ll see why this piece of equipment is a staple item for most personal trainers… because it works! This class gets it all done with deep strengthening, cardio blasts, funstional stretching and tons of core and balance work. The KSF Equipment bundle is occasionally utilized in this class but is not required to participate, as non-equipment variations are given for every exercise.

TABATA


This class combines the high intensity of a HIIT class with deep, total body strengthening to challenge your stamina and elevate your metabolism for the rest of the day! Workouts are customizable to fit any fitness level. The KSF Equipment Bundle is utilized in this class but is not required to participate.

HIIT CHAOS


This cardio class uses timed exercise drills along with deep strengthening exercises to deliver a class that packs a punch while having fun with creativity in exercises to leave you dripping in sweat and leveling up your metabolism! The KSF Equipment Bundle is occasionally utilized in this class but is not required to participate.

FLOWING FLEXIBILITY


This class is specifically designed to increase mobility through the entire body by blending a variety of stretching techniques. This class works deep in sequenced ans held stretches that will help open up tight areas of the body and assist in rehabilitation from sports injuries or overall tightness.  

TOTAL BODY SCULPT


Grab your hand weights and get your whole body feeling and looking stronger, more toned, and more aligned in this 45-minute strength conditioning class. This class is primarily focused on weightlifting and deep muscular work using traditional strength exercises that focus on the core, legs and arms. You’ll need some hand weights of different sizes to make sure you are always working at your own level. We also incorporate the items in the KSF Equipment Bundle as well as a Stability Ball, but these items are not required for this class.

ABS + GLUTES


Looking to tone up and get more out of your core power? It is not enough to focus only on the front of the abdominal region doing just ab crunches and sit-ups. You gotta get the entire core structure to reap the benefits of core training. This class will train all the muscles of the torso, from hip to shoulder, for an effective and efficient workout. The KSF Equipment bundle s occasionally utilized in this class but is not required to participate, as non-equipment variations are given for every exercise.

FOAM ROLL & STRETCH


Come see why foam rolling and flexibility training is the “must do” part of any fitness regimen. Foam rolling (or Self-Myofascial Release) is one of the best ways to recover sore muscles, maintain joint alignment, increase mobility, decrease tension, and prevent injuries. You’ll need a 

BARRE TO THE BEAT


This class takes the deep strengthening and toning sequences of a traditional barre class and sets it to popular songs. Each song provides a set series of movements, done kind of like a dance routine, and keeps the class moving and flowing for an even deeper workout that will leave you feeling sweaty, lengthened, and aligned from head to toe. The KSF Equipment Bundle is utilized in this class but is not required to participate. You can also get your own Booty Kicker Portable Barre for your home in the KSF Store!

BARRE BASICS


Train and tone like a dancer in this total-body booty burner workout! Using small hand weights and a barre (or chair) for balance, we will lengthen and tone every muscle of the body using dance-inspired strengthening sequences that will leave you feeling toned, lengthened, and balanced. The KSF Equipment Bundle is utilized in this class but is not required to participate. You can also get your own Booty Kicker Portable Barre for your home in the KSF Store!

BALLETONE


This class takes traditional Barre class and brings it center stage for a fun cardio workout. Using ballet-inspired movements done to the rhythm in a non-stop format, you’ll sweat, burn, and dance your way to a lengthening, toning, and graceful workout that will leave a smile on your face. Dancers and non-dancers will feel challenged, yet successful throughout this class. No dance experience is needed for this non-stop toning workout. You’ll love it!
